These Terms of Sale govern all purchases made on Dye Official ("Site"). By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Site.
1. Product Descriptions and Availability:
We make every effort to display our products accurately. However, slight color variations may occur. All items are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
2. Pricing and Payment:
All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and Shop Pay. Sales tax and shipping will be calculated at checkout.
3. Order Confirmation:
You will receive an order confirmation email once your purchase is complete. This email does not constitute acceptance; we reserve the right to cancel or limit quantities at our discretion.
4. Shipping:
We ship within the United States. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and shipping method. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or external factors.
5. Returns and Exchanges:
Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition. Final sale items are non-returnable. Please review our Return Policy for full details.

All purchases are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means the risk of loss and title passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
